Cancellations & Refunds
For all cancellations and reschedule requests, students must notify New Horizons 5 or more business days prior to their scheduled class. Cancellations can be made by contacting your Account Executive directly or by calling (916) 609-4700.
You will receive a refund if you cancel your enrollment before the start of instruction at 100%, less a registration fee of 10% of the tuition for that class or $100, whichever is less.
If you withdraw or are expelled after completion of more than 60% of the class no refund will be given. If a student is expelled or withdrawn before 60% of the program is completed, a refund will be given based on percentage of completion, less the registration fees described above.
Students should arrive at New Horizons 30 minutes prior to the class to ensure proper check-in and seating. If they are more than 15 minutes late for class, their seat may be given away. If they anticipate being late, please call New Horizons and notify the Front Desk at 916-609-4700, and their seat will be held up to 30 minutes from the start of the class. If they are more than 30 minutes late, they will not be admitted into class.
