Mentored Learning Approach
Combine the flexibility of self paced training with the benefits of instructor led learning. Courses in our Mentored Learning Lab can be scheduled to start at anytime and can be customized to meet how much you know about a course or how much time you want to spend. Can't take 5 days out of the office? Schedule either morning or afternoon sessions. Combined with Transcender test preparation, preparing for certification exams is a snap.

| New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Sacramento's training is guaranteed. Our instructors are certified instructors and evaluated after every class. And you can retake any class, free of charge, for six months |
|
|
We have a Learning Guarantee for every class. If a student attends a class and does not feel proficient on the topics presented, the student may repeat the class at our facility at no charge, on a space available basis. A class can be repeated for up to six months from the original class date. If a student is displeased with a class delivered via Online ANYTIME, he or she may take the same class at their local center at no charge.
In addition to the Learning Guarantee, students are provided with local help desk email support for a full 60 days after taking most desktop applications courses. Students also have an online companion course available for six months through Online ANYTIME to the class they take in the center. That means they can retake their course anytime they want through simulated exercises to help reinforce learning. |

| If you are not satisfied with your Online LIVE course for any reason, you have the option of retaking the Online LIVE course, led by a different instructor, at no charge. Alternatively, you may choose to participate in a Classroom Learning course at the New Horizons center nearest you. |
